This is a simple application to allow remote control of a computer. 

It has, built-in, the ability to control the CDROM drive.  It was 
originally built to freak out coworkers that leave their systems 
logged in when they walk away.  It has been used as a simple means
of executing arbitrary commands.  It current relies on security via 
obscurity and should not be used on critical systems.
